Enjoy a beautiful day under the oaks and an evening under the stars. See some of America’s most talented young riders and finest horses. Celebrate a precious 90 year old tradition! And relax with delicious food, wine tasting and fun events for the whole family.
The Flintridge La Canada Guild’s Annual Children’s Horse Show is the oldest children’s Class A show in the nation. Riders come from across the United States to compete, show their horses, and meet the requirements for later participation in Olympic trials.
Admission to the Horse Show is FREE! Come enjoy great activities including raffles, wine tasting, silent auctions, vendors, sculptures, and food booths. Watch our new Gamblers Choice event during our Friday evening Wine Tasting and our traditional costumed Tandem event during Saturday night dinner. Best of all, you'll be supporting Pasadena’s Huntington Memorial Hospital and its mission to excel at the delivery of health care to our community.
Mark you calendar and make a difference! The Horse Show is the primary fundraiser of the Flintridge La Canada Guild of Huntington Hospital. Proceeds from the 2008, 2009, and 2010 horse shows were combined to provide an entire treatment room in the hospital's new Regional Trauma Center. With proceeds from the 2007 Annual Children's Horse Show, the Guild purchased an ECMO machine for use in the Hospitals’ Neonatal Unit.
In 2011, our continuing goal will be to support construction of Huntington Memorial’s new Trauma Center.
